Are pets allowed at Samrya Gardens communities?
Pets are allowed in Samra Gardens given that the owner shall follow the Pet Policy stated in the Resident Guide. Dogs that are "Aggressive or Potentially Aggressive" types are prohibited.
Are we allowed to conduct private/social party?
If the resident is planning for a private/social party, list of attendants must be provided for the management 48 hours prior to the event. Visitors who are not listed will be stopped at the gate.
